If you require an out-of-hours consultation, we ask for a deposit of £15. This is to cover travel & equipment costs and/or no-shows. This is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling an appointment must be done up to 1 hour before scheduled appointment. There will be a £10 charge for any persons no showing for an appointment booked with us without prior notification, either via telephone or message via any of our platforms. An invoice will be produced and sent out and a temporary ban will be implemented until the due balance is cleared. This only applies to no shows without prior communication and will not be used as a deposit and is non refundable.
