Service Description
Select this option if you'd just like to come in to take a look at our jewellery and browse through our catalogues. You can also select this if you already have a piercing booked with us and want to come in to order jewellery that we may not have in stock. No obligation to purchase and no fees (unless you choose to order jewellery in).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling an appointment must be done up to 1 hour before scheduled appointment. There will be a £10 charge for any persons no showing for an appointment booked with us without prior notification, either via telephone or message via any of our platforms. An invoice will be produced and sent out and a temporary ban will be implemented until the due balance is cleared. This only applies to no shows without prior communication and will not be used as a deposit and is non refundable.
